This is a cone-shaped sharpener for use with Stabilo Carbothello Pastel Pencils and Faber Castell Pitt Pastel Pencils. It is made of plastic and has a special blade to sharpen the pencil correctly and prevent it from splitting the chalk lead. It measures 2.75 cm x 1.75 cm x 1.5 cm.
